Is the phone brand new?

Yes. New phones are delivered in the original, sealed box and have never been used.

Is a charger included?

Most manufacturers now include only a USB-C cable, not a power adapter. See “What’s in the box?” above for this phone.

Does it support eSIM and dual SIM?

Most recent models support a physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time. Some models, like the iPhone Air, work with eSIM only. Not sure? Ask us.

How long is the warranty?
