Terms of service

1. Who we are

This online shop is run by LoopCell together with the shops Blue Phone (Vredenburg 153, 3511 BG Utrecht) and The Repair Lab (Godebaldkwartier 88, 3511 DZ Utrecht). Contact: info@loopcell.nl.

2. Products and prices

We sell new and refurbished devices and accessories. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Photos of refurbished devices show the model; the condition grade (Excellent, Very good or Good) describes the cosmetic state of the device you receive. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us.

3. Ordering and payment

Your order is final once you have paid at checkout. You receive a confirmation by e-mail. If a product turns out to be unavailable after all, we contact you and refund the full amount.

4. Delivery

See our shipping policy. The risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. For new phones whose box has been opened and that have been used more than needed to inspect them, we may deduct the loss in value. See our refund policy for all conditions.

6. Warranty

  • Refurbished phones: 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • New phones: 24 months from the date of delivery.
  • Accessories and other products: the statutory warranty.

The warranty covers defects that occur during normal use. It does not cover damage from drops, pressure or liquid; repairs or modifications by others; normal wear such as scratches and battery ageing; or loss and theft.

To make a claim, e-mail info@loopcell.nl with your order number and a description of the problem, or visit one of our shops. We repair the device, replace it with an equivalent one or refund it.

This warranty comes on top of your statutory rights: a product must always be fit for normal use (conformity), also after the warranty period.

7. Liability

Back up your data before sending a device to us; we are not responsible for lost data. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

8. Selling your phone to us

An offer through our sell form is personal and without obligation. The final price is confirmed after we have inspected the device.

9. Complaints and law

Please send complaints to info@loopcell.nl; we respond within 14 days. Dutch law applies.
