Shipping policy

Delivery in the Netherlands

Delivery within the Netherlands is free. Orders are usually dispatched within one working day and delivered within 1–2 working days. You receive an e-mail with a track-and-trace link as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for collecting it.

Damaged or missing parcel

Is your parcel damaged or has it not arrived within 5 working days? Contact us at info@loopcell.nl with your order number and we will sort it out.

Delivery outside the Netherlands

At the moment we only deliver within the Netherlands.
