What do Excellent, Very good and Good mean?

The grade only describes how the phone looks. Excellent: barely any signs of use. Very good: light marks, visible up close. Good: visible signs of use. Every grade works perfectly. See the condition guide.

What does the battery health mean?

It is the battery’s maximum capacity compared to new, shown for every version on this page. 100% is new; above 80% is considered healthy for everyday use.

How is the phone checked?

Before it goes online our technicians check the screen, touch, cameras, Face ID or fingerprint, sound and microphone, charging, buttons and connectivity, and read the battery health.

Is it reset and free of the previous owner’s account?

Yes. Every phone is signed out of iCloud or Google and reset to factory settings, ready for you to set up.

Does eSIM work on a refurbished phone?

Yes. Refurbishing does not affect eSIM; you can add your own eSIM profile as on a new phone.

How long is the warranty?

12 months on every refurbished phone. Normal battery ageing is not a defect, but a battery that fails is covered.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Read the conditions.

How do I move my data?
